Our charges are based upon time, travel and materials and vary from one project to the next. Generally, our estimates are performed with each phone request or in-person when possible. Or, because each situation is unique, we can provide our service rates via email communication prior to any work being done.

Buying from a Carefree dealership means no need to call the manufacturer. We can provide all of your service needs, plus write and authorize factory service. If you purchased your hot tub from a non-authorized dealer, local assembler, a big box store or multi-line private label dealer, it is possible your unit and your warranty are not valid with the manufacturer.
